Posteriormente, se incorpor\u00f3 a la firma internacional Linklaters en la que trabaj\u00f3 durante 4 a\u00f1os en el departamento Mercantil (Corporate &amp; M&amp;A). Transcurrido ese periodo, fund\u00f3 el despacho Ramos de Lucas Abogados del que es socio principal.<\/p><p>His professional practice covers a wide spectrum of commercial, securities market, financial and real estate law issues. He has specialized in national and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, venture capital operations, company law, takeover bids, IPOs and debt issues, simple and convertible, corporate governance, financing, restructuring and advice. to start-ups and investors both at the beginning of their activity and in the financing and divestment rounds.<\/p><p>Among its clients are investment funds, financial and industrial entities, listed and unlisted companies, SMEs, start-ups and national and foreign individual investors. Likewise, he has been deputy secretary of the Board of Directors of the listed real estate company Sotogrande, S.A.
